I sent it to the wrong number — can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. Data and airtime are delivered instantly to the exact number you enter and can't be reversed, so please always double-check the recipient before paying. We can't refund orders sent to a wrong number.
How do refunds work?
If an order can't be completed, we refund you automatically — to your wallet (instant) or back to your Mobile Money/card. You'll get an SMS and email.
