These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Data Mines Ghana at dataminesgh.com (the "Service"). By accessing or placing an order on the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What we provide
We sell digital products that are delivered instantly and automatically, including mobile data bundles, airtime, and result-checker PINs (e.g. WAEC/BECE checkers) for networks operating in Ghana.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Orders & delivery
- You must enter the correct recipient phone number and network before paying. Orders are delivered automatically within seconds to the number you provide.
- Orders sent to a wrong or mistyped number are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed, recalled, or refunded. Please double-check every order before paying.
- Result-checker PINs are shown on screen and sent to you after payment. Once a PIN has been revealed it is considered used.
4. Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include any applicable fees shown at checkout.
- Payment is made via our payment gateway using Mobile Money or card. Your order is fulfilled only after payment is confirmed.
- We may change prices and product availability at any time without notice.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy — for example, where payment was taken but the product was not delivered. Wrong-number orders are not refundable.
6. Agent programme
If you register as an agent, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. Wallet balances, pricing, and commissions are shown in your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms. Funds obtained fraudulently may be withheld.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including using stolen payment details, attempting to defraud the Service or other users, or interfering with the Service's operation or security.
8. Service availability
We aim for fast, reliable delivery, but the Service depends on network operators, aggregators, and payment providers. Delivery may occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable due to issues outside our control. Where an order cannot be delivered, we will re-deliver or refund it as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect information you provide (such as a wrong recipient number) or by failures of third-party networks or payment systems.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, branding, and software, belongs to Data Mines Ghana and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Ghana.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
