- Order details — the recipient phone number, network, product (data bundle, airtime, or result-checker PIN), amount, and the payment reference returned by our payment partner.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our gateway and Mobile Money operators. We do not collect or store your card number or Mobile Money PIN.
- Technical data — basic information such as device type, browser, and IP address, used to keep the Service secure and working.
2. How we use your information
- To process payments and deliver the data, airtime, or PINs you buy.
- To send you order confirmations, delivery notifications, and receipts by SMS or email.
- To provide customer support and resolve order issues.
- To operate the agent programme (accounts, wallet balances, commissions).
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our licensed payment gateway and by Mobile Money operators (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money). Your payment credentials are entered on their secure systems and are never seen or stored by us. Please also review the privacy policy of the payment provider used at checkout.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Delivery partners — the network operators and licensed aggregators that fulfil your data, airtime, and PIN orders (the recipient number is required to deliver).
- Payment processors — to take payment and confirm it.
- SMS / email providers — to send confirmations and notifications.
- Authorities — where required by law or to prevent fraud.
