How long does delivery take?

Data is not always instant. Delivery depends on the network and the number you used.

Because of MTN’s new restrictions, not every number qualifies for the cheaper route. Some numbers must go through verification. After a number is verified, later orders on that number are usually faster.

Sometimes the network is simply slow. That is normal — your order is still being handled.

Report within 24 hrs after delivery if you did not receive the bundle. For anything else, use Report to reach the store on WhatsApp.
